Having previously served on the Blades' coaching staff from 2022 to 2024, Coach Rose is no
stranger to the program, its culture, or its standard of excellence. His return brings a wealth of
high-level experience as both a player and a mentor across top-tier collegiate, professional, and
junior hockey circuits.

Justin Goldman: Housing Coordinator & Assistant Coach
Justin Goldman wears many hats for the Junior Blades, bringing a massive wealth of hockey knowledge to both the locker room and the front office. As an Assistant Coach for both teams, his impact on the ice is immediate, helping players refine their skills and tactical understanding.
Off the ice, Justin serves as the Housing Coordinator, a role that is essential for the well-being of our players who travel from out of town to join the Blades family.
Justin’s coaching pedigree is second to none. He also serves as a coach for the Florida Gulf Coast University (FGCU) MD2 hockey team. He recently helped lead them to their 5th National Championship in a hard-fought victory against Oklahoma State—a testament to the championship-level mentorship he provides to our Junior Blades athletes.
Both Isaac and Justin are more than just staff members; they are a crucial part of the mechanism that drives our player development. Their dedication ensures that the Florida Junior Blades remain a top destination for young athletes looking to elevate their game. From the logistics of the front office to the strategy on the bench, the organization is in expert hands. We are proud to have them leading the way for our players, both on and off the ice.
Welcome to USPHL Premier Coach Jordan Stear!
The Florida Junior Blades organization is thrilled to officially announce the appointment of Jordan Stear as the new USPHL Head Coach for the Premier team. A native of Pekin, Illinois, Stear joins the Blades organization with an elite hockey pedigree, a wealth of high-level experience, and a deeply rooted passion for developing and advancing the next generation of hockey players.
Stear brings a comprehensive, well-rounded perspective to the Junior Blades bench, having navigated the exact pathways today’s junior players strive to conquer.
Coach Stear’s hockey journey spans some of the most competitive developmental markets in the country. He played his youth hockey in two major market —Chicago and Dallas— before advancing to the junior hockey ranks in the USPHL with the Wisconsin Rapids Riverkings.
His exceptional play in junior hockey earned him a roster spot at the collegiate level with Lebanon Valley College (NCAA Division III). While earning his Bachelor’s degree in Business, Stear proved to be an invaluable leader on and off the ice for the Flying Dutchmen, serving as both assistant captain and team captain during his collegiate tenure.
Following his successful college career, Stear transitioned into the professional ranks, lacing up his skates for the Topeka Scarecrows in the Federal Prospects Hockey League (FPHL).
After concluding his professional playing career, Stear naturally transitioned into coaching and player development. His diverse background across the junior, collegiate, and professional levels gives him a unique insight into what scouts are looking for and what it truly takes for a player to succeed at the next level.
Stear’s coaching philosophy centers on holistic growth—helping athletes elevate their game on the ice while building the character and discipline required to succeed off it.

Coach Noah Wild will lead the USPHL NCDC team for the 2026-2027 Season The Florida Junior Blades organization is proud to officially announce that Noah Wild will lead the franchise into its highly anticipated next chapter as the Head Coach for the USPHL NCDC team and the Director of Player Personnel and Advancement. Entering his third consecutive year with the organization, Wild’s promotion underscores the Blades’ commitment to continuity, professional culture, and internal advancement.
Wild brings a wealth of experience to the dual role, combining a standout playing career with a proven track record of identifying and developing top-tier junior talent.
Coach Wild navigated a highly competitive playing career across the prep, junior, collegiate, and professional ranks. He spent his developmental years playing elite prep and junior hockey in the Northeast—including standout stints at the Northwood School, the Long Island Royals, Philadelphia Revolution and serving as captain for New York Apple Core in the Eastern Hockey League (EHL).
His tenacious play and leadership on the ice earned him a spot at the NCAA Division III level with Post University. While completing his Bachelor of Science Degree in Sports Management and a minor in business, Wild emerged as a cornerstone leader for the Eagles, earning the honor of serving as assistant captain for his final three consecutive seasons.
Following his successful collegiate career, Wild advanced directly to the professional ranks. He spent two seasons playing in the Federal Prospects Hockey League (FPHL), lacing up for the Delaware Thunder and serving as an assistant captain for the Elmira Mammoth.
Now entering his third season behind the bench in Estero, Wild has become an foundational piece of the Junior Blades’ developmental structure.
Having previously served as both Head Coach and Assistant Coach within the organization’s USPHL ranks, his intimate familiarity with the Blades’ culture makes him uniquely qualified to oversee the franchise’s expansion into the National Collegiate Development Conference (NCDC).
As Director of Player Personnel and Advancement, Wild’s “triple-threat” perspective—having excelled as a junior captain, an NCAA leader, and a pro athlete—gives him the ultimate blueprint for scouting talent. He understands precisely what it takes for athletes to elevate their games and successfully advance to the next level.
“We couldn’t be more excited to have Noah leading our NCDC squad and directing our player personnel and advancement,” said Blades ownership. “Over the past two years, Noah has proven his dedication to this organization and his ability to maximize the potential of our athletes. As a three-time NCAA assistant captain and pro alumnus, he embodies the exact standard of excellence and accountability we want our players to emulate.”
With Coach Wild at the helm of the new NCDC program, the Florida Junior Blades are perfectly positioned to continue their proud tradition of winning hockey games, fostering brotherhood, and advancing players on to the collegiate stage.
