Coach Jay Incardone will be returning this season as Assistant/Goalie coach for the Florida Junior Blades Elite and Premier teams. Coach Incardone’s playing experience includes minor AAA hockey, which lead to Junior hockey in the Empire Junior Hockey League and eventually a collegiate career playing for the Cortland State University Red Dragons.

He has twelve years coaching experience, starting at the tier 2 level with various programs in NJ as well as at the AAA level with the New York Aviators, as well as being the inaugural 2007 AAA Brooklyn Knighthawks head coach. Most recently, in addition to coaching with the Jr Blades last season Coach Incardone served as the goalie instructor for the Florida Gulf Coast Eagles ACHA D3 team. Coach Incardone is very excited to be back with the Jr Blades this season!
